The ideal candidate will possess previous dish/bussing experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to upholding health and safety standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: Clear, clean, and reset front of house tables promptly between seatings. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the kitchen and dining areas. Refill and restock beverages, service station items, and other supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas. Assist with bringing furniture in and out from outside during opening and closing shifts. Take out full trash bins and maintain cleanliness of walls, floors, glass displays, and windows. Maintain stock of bathroom materials and supplies.
